The developers have released another beta update for Minecraft Bedrock Edition. This beta update is special because it includes an exciting host that is expected to be added to Minecraft with update 1.19.
In the previous beta of Minecraft, all types of sculk blocks were introduced. Frogs have now been added to beta with this update. Players must create a new world with experimental features enabled to try out those features. Check out the previous beta update from here.
Minecraft 1.18.10.24 Bedrock Beta
Frogs
They breed in swamps.
They can croak, jump, swim and walk on land.
They eat little slimes. The sludge eaten by the frogs will drop mudballs.
Using herbaria, players can breed two frogs. This is just placeholder food for now.
After mating, the frogs lay eggs. The eggs hatch into tadpoles.
Tadpoles can swim in the water. They will jump like fish on land and die if they stay out of the water for too long. Players can pick them up in buckets of water.
Tadpoles turn into frogs. Which frog variant they might grow up in depends on the biome.
