RACE 1 (1200M)

6 Shining Red debuts for Douglas Whyte and Jerry Chau. The trainer-rider combination won the last two races at Sha Tin on Thursday. Their good fortune can continue with this son of Exceed And Excel. 1 California Spangle was a tidy first winner. He can continue his progression. 2 Toronado Phantom, another first winner, is in form rounding a corner. 5 Great King is the second best.

RACE 2 (2,200M)

9 Sky Gem comes out for in-form coach Caspar Fownes. It is a winner of the last start who seems difficult to beat with Joao Moreira engaged. 7 Cheerful Star has the ability. He watches the main threat in the remaining distance. He gets a Gate 5. 2 Hay Run is competitive in his stead. Don’t expect the great weight to make things difficult. 4 Amazing Agility drives well. He’ll be around again.

RACE 3 (1,400M)

4 This Is Charisma ended for a catchy eighth final start. It can still improve and be difficult to roll up. 1 Breeze Of Spring moves up to Class 5. He gets Moreria’s services and deserves respect, especially as he’s making his third start for Fownes. 2 Golden Four is better than its record suggests. With the right race, it’s worth considering. 10 Fox Cheunger is after consecutive wins in class 5.

RACE 4 (1,200 M)

10 Everyone’s victory ended well for the third time last time. If he can make up for the wide gate, he has a good chance of snagging his first victory in Hong Kong. 3 Handsome Rebel is competitive in its place. Karis Teetan’s engagement is one to watch closely. 2 Eight Trigrams has won both the course and the distance twice. He gets his chance at Gate 3. 11 Steel Win gets Moreira and commands respect.

RACE 5 (1,200M)

1 Dashing Fit is looking for back-to-back wins after their brilliant first performance. He seems able to collect another because he remains in class 4 on the course and the distance. 7 Coolceleb mixes its form but proves its worth on this trip and this surface. It is worth to be included. 4 Lucky Ruby can come on and play catch me if you can. The right print will help a lot. 3 Untold Riches is second best with improvement.

RACE 6 (1600M)

6 Robot Warrior gets the blinders for the first time to sharpen it. He can continue with two solid efforts on the course and the distance. 3 Fast Pace is a strong customer. It commands respect in this rank. 8 Free Foal has won well two starts ago. Zac Purton is jumping now and he only needs to make up for the awkward gate to be competitive. 11 Pearl Champion gets her luck from gate 3.

RACE 7 (1,400M)

3 Zone D mixes up his form but is a course and distance winner with Blake Shinn astride. Gate 1 will help him a lot. This field does not appear to have any noteworthy points either. 1 Flying Victory is the class dropper. He has abilities and deserves respect as a Class 3 winner. 2 Love Me More is a unique winner in Hong Kong. It wouldn’t be too far. 4 Pure Legend progresses towards a first victory. Rookie Alfie Chan takes off 7 lbs (3.18 kg) which improves his claims.

RACE 8 (1,200M)

3 Czarson runs well. He has won five lengths of course and distance earlier this campaign. From gate 8 he should get the right run under Karis Teetan. 2 Sight Success walks the earth for the first time. He has done his surface testing well and is expected to handle it. 7 Gunnison is a great activist. He deserves to be supported in every way in this class. He ended up on a winnable mark. 12 Resolute, without weight on the back, is the second best.

RACE 9 (1,400M)

12 Mister Snowdon attracted attention when he was fifth in his debut. He appears to have above average abilities. The only obstacle is the awkward door. 10 The Crown is approaching a first victory in Hong Kong. This guy has a number of competitive efforts. The good run of gate 7 will give him a chance. Fownes and Moreira have been on fire all season. 5 Master Montaro can finish and be competitive. Double winner in Hong Kong, he returned home late. 3 Californiadeepshot, who finished fourth at the last start, is the second best.

RACE 10 (1600M)

2 CP Brave is becoming a very nice little horse. He landed two very competitive efforts. With an impeccable run at home, he looks more than capable of securing his first victory in Hong Kong. 1 California Ten is as honest as it gets. If he can make up for the wide gate, expect a daring run. 13 Charge We are trying to break the consecutive finalist efforts. He comes into the light and deserves respect on this journey. 5 Hall Of Champ is at his best with two wins in his last two starts. Don’t discount.
